Recently, one of Skrumble Network’s advisors, Jeff Pulver, stopped by the office to chat with Eric about the state of blockchain and the future of Skrumble Network.
Known as a globally renowned Internet communication thought leader, in 1995 Pulver defined “VON” to stand for Voice/Video on the Internet and led his company Vonage to an over $3 billion valuation.
Pulver is also known for his work on the Pulver Order, a piece of legislation adopted by the Federal Communications Commission in 2004 when ruling regarding Internet Protocol (IP) communications.
Pulver, an early investor in Twitter and Facebook, correctly predicted the demise of Google’s social network, Google Plus and has separately invested in over 400 start-ups.
Recently, Jeff Founded the Blockchain Token Association (BTA) to support the growth of the blockchain token industry and establish a dialog with global regulators and contribute to the collective conversation.
After Skrumble Network’s inception last year, Pulver has played an integral role as one of the project’s top advisors, helping us out by opening his vast network and especially his influence on our communication APIs and layer.
In the video, this is what Jeff had to say when asked about Skrumble Network’s future:
“I happen to be a big fan! I’m slightly biased here, but I believe that the future of blockchain is communication, and these folks are pioneering that.”
